Termsand Conditions
Terms and conditions for buying from the official SIMONE TRICHOLOGY UK shop: ordering, prices, delivery, your 14-day right to cancel and your consumer rights.
These terms and conditions apply to your use of simonetrichology.co.uk and to every order you place on it. Please read them before you order and save or print a copy for your records. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
The products on this website are sold by [SELLER], a sole trader, of [SELLER ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us by email at [SELLER EMAIL] or by phone on [SELLER PHONE] ([OPENING HOURS]).
We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order.
We are the official UK distributor of SIMONE TRICHOLOGY. The brand and the content of this website belong to TRICHOMEDIC LABS, S.L.U., Carretera de Ribes 186, Local 2, 08520 Les Franqueses del Vallès (Barcelona), Spain, which makes the products and provides and maintains this website for us. When you buy on this website, your contract is with us, not with TRICHOMEDIC LABS.
2. Using this website
2.1 Information only. The information on this website, including our blog, the Hair Clinic and the pages about the SIMONE Hair Scanner app, is general information about cosmetic hair and scalp care. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with your GP, a dermatologist or another healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, sudden or patchy hair loss, or scalp pain or inflammation, please see a doctor.
2.2 Intellectual property. All content on this website (text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos and trade marks) belongs to TRICHOMEDIC LABS, S.L.U. or its licensors. You may view, download and print it for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires prior written permission.
2.3 Availability. We try to keep the website available and its information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may update or change it at any time.
2.4 Links. Links to other websites are provided for information only. We are not responsible for their content.
3. Our products
Our products are cosmetic products made in Spain by TRICHOMEDIC LABS, S.L.U. and supplied in accordance with the cosmetics legislation that applies in the United Kingdom. The UK Responsible Person for the products is [UK RESPONSIBLE PERSON].
Each product page shows the product’s main characteristics, size, ingredients (INCI), directions for use and warnings. Please read them before use and check the ingredients if you have any known allergies. The packaging you receive may differ slightly from the images, but the product will always match its description.
Our products care for the hair and scalp. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Our products are sold to consumers for their personal use. We may decline orders that appear to be placed for resale.
4. Prices
- Prices are in pounds sterling (£). Because we are not registered for VAT, the price shown is the full price of the product and no VAT is added.
- Our delivery charge is shown on each product page, on our Delivery & Returns page, and in your basket and at checkout. You will see the total price, including delivery, before you place your order.
- When we show a reduced price, the higher price we compare it with is a price at which we genuinely sold the product before the reduction.
- Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with each code. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order, and codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If a product is shown at a price that is obviously wrong and that you could reasonably have recognised as a mistake, for example a price far below its real price, we may cancel your order. We will tell you and refund you in full.
5. How to order and when the contract is formed
- Add the products you want to your basket.
- Go to checkout, enter your contact details and delivery address, and choose your delivery option and payment method.
- Check the order summary, which shows each product, the delivery charge and the total. You can correct any mistakes before you confirm by going back to your basket or editing your details at checkout.
- Click “Place order and pay”. When you click this button you place an order with an obligation to pay.
We will email you to confirm your order. The contract between you and us is formed when we send you that order confirmation. If, exceptionally, a product you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you straight away and refund you in full for it.
The contract is concluded in English. We keep a record of your order, and your order confirmation email contains its details. The version of these terms published on this website when you place your order applies to that order.
6. Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout ([PAYMENT METHODS]). Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK. Delivery charges, the services we use and estimated delivery times are set out on our Delivery & Returns page.
We will deliver your order within the estimated time and in any event within 30 days of the contract being formed, unless we agree a different date with you. If we fail to deliver on time, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The products are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment.
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if you can, a photo.
8. Your right to cancel
8.1 Cancellation period. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you have nominated (other than the carrier), receive the products. If your order arrives in separate deliveries, the period ends 14 days after the day you receive the last delivery.
8.2 How to cancel. To cancel, you must tell us of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email to [SELLER EMAIL] or a letter to [SELLER ADDRESS]. You may use the model cancellation form in section 8.7, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the cancellation period ends.
8.3 Returning the products. Please send the products back to [RETURNS ADDRESS] without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you tell us you are cancelling. The deadline is met if you send them back before the 14 days are up. You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the products.
8.4 Refund. If you cancel, we will refund all payments we have received from you for the cancelled products, including the cost of delivery (except any extra cost if you chose a delivery option more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the products back or, if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned them. If we have not dispatched the products when you cancel, we will refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us. We will use the same means of payment that you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not pay any fees for the refund.
8.5 Handling. We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the products if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, that is, handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
8.6 Sealed products. For health protection and hygiene reasons, you cannot cancel your purchase of a sealed cosmetic product once its protective seal (such as a foil seal or a tamper-evident cap) has been broken after delivery. Please do not open a product if you think you may want to return it. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty.
8.7 Model cancellation form. If you use it, please add your order number so that we can find your order quickly.
Model cancellation form (complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)

9. Faulty or incorrect products: your legal rights
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty or damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at [SELLER EMAIL] with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will pay the cost of returning a faulty or incorrect product.
In summary, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- within 30 days of delivery, you can reject a faulty product and get a full refund;
- within six months of delivery, if a repair or replacement is not possible or does not fix the problem, you are entitled to a full refund in most cases;
- up to six years after delivery (five years from when you discover the fault in Scotland), if the product does not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.
This is a summary of your key legal rights, which are subject to certain exceptions. For detailed information, visit the Citizens Advice website (citizensadvice.org.uk) or call 0808 223 1133. These rights do not cover deterioration caused by misuse, by not following the directions for use, or by use after the expiry date or after the period after opening shown on the packaging.
10. Customer reviews
Customers who have bought a product from this website can review it. We only show reviews from verified buyers, and we publish all genuine reviews, positive or negative, unless they are offensive or unlawful, contain personal data or are unrelated to the product. We do not pay for reviews, we do not offer any incentive in exchange for reviews and we do not write reviews ourselves. If you think a review is not genuine, please let us know.
11. The Hair Clinic: free online hair and scalp analysis
The Hair Clinic on this website is a free, no-obligation service for adults (aged 18 and over). You answer a short questionnaire and upload up to three photos of your hair and scalp. A preliminary reading generated with artificial intelligence is shown to you immediately, before any human check. The SIMONE TRICHOLOGY trichology team at TRICHOMEDIC LABS, S.L.U. then reviews your case, normally within 24 hours, and you receive the reviewed assessment by email.
The assessment is a cosmetic recommendation based on the information and photos you provide. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment and does not replace the advice of a doctor. You are free to buy, or not to buy, any product recommended to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is used.
12. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
We only supply products for domestic and private use. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or failures of public networks. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the effect. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
14. Questions and complaints
If you have a question or are unhappy with anything, please contact us first at [SELLER EMAIL] or on [SELLER PHONE]. We will reply as quickly as we can and in any event within 14 days.
We do not currently use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can get free and independent advice from Citizens Advice (England and Wales, citizensadvice.org.uk, 0808 223 1133), Advice Direct Scotland (consumeradvice.scot) or Consumerline (Northern Ireland, consumerline.org). You can also take your claim to court, including through the small claims procedure.
15. Your personal data
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this website when you placed it.
17. Other important terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens, and it will not affect your rights. You may only transfer your rights to another person with our written agreement.
If a court finds any part of these terms unlawful, the rest will continue in force. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, we can still require you to do it later.
18. Applicable law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
